Shipping Information:  USPS:  All orders are shipped in a gift box via USPS Priority mail. All shipments include insurance at no extra charge. Priority Mail takes an average of 2-3 days, not guaranteed by the Postal Service.  Your tracking information will be sent to you via PayPal.

International:  International shipping via USPS Global Priority Mail.  Delivery time is approximately 5-7 days and all orders are insured and track able.  Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, brokers fees, etc... that may be applicable on International orders, we cannot mark items as 'gift' or 'sample'. All payments must be made in US funds. Orders will only be shipped to verified credit card billing address.

Tax: On orders shipped within NY State.
Returns/Exchanges:

• Tam Aura Designs accepts returns of damaged goods & exchanges for new sizes within 15 days of receipt. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. 
• Please email before sending a return to let me now the reason for the return/exchange.   
• Any returns received after 15 days are subject to prior approval and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and any unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item had arrived damaged). 
• Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, in the smallest package possible.  We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.  Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
• Once your package has been received your refund will be credited back to your paypal account. 

Tam Aura ships all orders with insurance so please contact us immediately upon receipt of any damaged goods so we can proceed accordingly.
